World Group Announces Acquisition of Dray Alliance Inc., Strengthening ContainerPort Group’s Technology-Driven Drayage Capabilities
Cleveland, Ohio – March 10, 2025 – World Group LLC, an American-owned and family-run global logistics and supply chain solution provider, announced the acquisition of Dray Alliance Inc., headquartered in Los Angeles/Long Beach (LA/LB) California. This acquisition is set to further enhance its subsidiary, ContainerPort Group (CPG®), one of the nation’s largest drayage providers. The acquisition is a strategic move to strengthen CPG’s digital operations, expand its presence in LA/LB, and accelerate their long-term technology roadmap.
